Remove Adhesive Fast — Gentle on Surfaces, Tough on Glue.
California-Compliant Formula for Regulated Markets.
Commercial-Grade Control for Wraps, Graphics, and Decals
Adhesive-Off Pro is engineered for wrap installers, sign shops, and fleet professionals who need power — without the eye-burning fumes or surface damage caused by harsh chemical strippers like Xylene. This California-compliant formula delivers effective removal of pressure-sensitive adhesives with controlled dwell and clean wipe-off. Works on adhesive residue from vehicle wraps, decals, PPF, and more.
Why Installers Use AOP Instead of Industrial Strippers
- ✅ Effective on wrap glue and decal residue
- ✅ Controlled evaporation = better dwell, better control, less waste
- ✅ Higher Flash Point, Lower Vapor Pressure, Less Hazardous
- ✅ California-compliant formula for regulated markets
- ✅ Use on paint, glass, and OEM metal surfaces
Smart Performance, Surface Conscious
Adhesive-Off Pro delivers controlled adhesive removal on vehicle panels, glass, and clear-coated surfaces. While it’s more surface-conscious than aggressive industrial strippers, it’s still a strong solvent — avoid use on delicate plastics like polycarbonate, acrylic, or brittle trim unless you’ve spot tested first.
How to Use:
- Apply directly to adhesive
- Allow to dwell for 60 seconds - allow longer dwell time and additional coat for rubberized and thick adhesives.
- Wipe, scrape, or towel off residue. Pressure washers can also be used.
- Repeat if needed for heavy buildup
Always spot test near lenses, trim, or aftermarket plastics. Do not use near open flame. For professional use only.
Vinyl-Off is a commercial-grade remover designed to soften both vinyl film and the adhesive underneath. It doesn’t melt vinyl. It doesn’t dissolve everything on contact. But when the vinyl is still intact and well-bonded, Vinyl-Off speeds up removal dramatically — saving hours on trailers, trucks, and signage.
Unlike aggressive chemical strippers like methylene chloride, Vinyl-Off gives you control. It softens the bond so you can heat and peel more cleanly — without the hazards, fumes, or surface damage when used on OEM Automotive Paint, stainless steel, glass, powder coat and gelcoat! CAUSTION: NOT FOR USE ON SINGLE STAGE PAINT OR ENAMEL.
Key Benefits:
- ✅ Speeds up vinyl and adhesive removal in a single workflow
- ✅ Ideal for fleet graphics, trailers, box trucks, and signage
- ✅ Cuts down scraping, adhesive smears, and tool marks
- ✅ Best used on cast vinyl that’s still intact and bonded
Why Pros Use Vinyl-Off
Anyone who’s removed baked-on vinyl knows how brutal it can be. Film splits. Adhesive smears. It’s slow, sticky, and frustrating. Vinyl-Off gives you a smarter process: apply it, let it dwell, hit it with heat, and peel. When the conditions are right, the film and adhesive come off together — clean, fast, and with less mess.
What It Does (and Doesn’t Do):
- ✔️ DOES: Soften vinyl and adhesive to reduce labor
- ✔️ DOES: Work best on cast vinyl wraps
- ❌ DOESN’T: “Melt” vinyl or act like a paint stripper
- ❌ DOESN’T: Fix cracked, chalky, or sun-baked film — but can help remove the mess
How to Use:
- Apply Vinyl-Off directly to the vinyl using a towel, cloth, or brush
- Allow to dwell for 1–2 minutes (do not let it dry)
- Apply heat using a heat gun or torch (medium setting)
- Peel — in many cases, the vinyl and adhesive come off together
Always test on a small area before full application. Not recommended for use on hot surfaces, failing clear coat, or cracked vinyl. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on textured plastics.
