Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on Sundays will ship the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or order volume.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Hazardous Materials

Some of our products may be classified as limited quantity hazardous materials and must comply with specific carrier regulations. These products may ship via ground service only and cannot be expedited.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please email us at prostaff@brotherschemical.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
