Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or feel the product does not work as it should, please email us at prostaff@brotherschemical.com and we will contact you to discuss possible solutions. If you are still unhappy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund, less shipping. All Reflective Off sales are final.
