The Removal Bundle!

NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA.California customers may purchase Vinyl-Off as a single item, but will not be able to check out with the Adhesive-Off Pro bundle.

Vinyl-Off and Adhesive-Off Pro are taking the industry by storm! Together they are one of the best combinations to attack any stubborn removal saving you time, money, and headache!

Professional Vinyl Remover That Cuts Labor — Not Corners

Vinyl-Off is a commercial-grade remover designed to soften both vinyl film and the adhesive underneath. It doesn’t melt vinyl. It doesn’t dissolve everything on contact. But when the vinyl is still intact and well-bonded, Vinyl-Off speeds up removal dramatically — saving hours on trailers, trucks, and signage.

Unlike aggressive chemical strippers like methylene chloride, Vinyl-Off gives you control. It softens the bond so you can heat and peel more cleanly — without the hazards, fumes, or surface damage when used on OEM Automotive Paint, stainless steel, glass, powder coat and gelcoat! CAUSTION: NOT FOR USE ON SINGLE STAGE PAINT OR ENAMEL.

Key Benefits:

  • ✅ Speeds up vinyl and adhesive removal in a single workflow
  • ✅ Ideal for fleet graphics, trailers, box trucks, and signage
  • ✅ Cuts down scraping, adhesive smears, and tool marks
  • ✅ Best used on cast vinyl that’s still intact and bonded

Why Pros Use Vinyl-Off

Anyone who’s removed baked-on vinyl knows how brutal it can be. Film splits. Adhesive smears. It’s slow, sticky, and frustrating. Vinyl-Off gives you a smarter process: apply it, let it dwell, hit it with heat, and peel. When the conditions are right, the film and adhesive come off together — clean, fast, and with less mess.

What It Does (and Doesn’t Do):

  • ✔️ DOES: Soften vinyl and adhesive to reduce labor
  • ✔️ DOES: Work best on cast vinyl wraps
  • ❌ DOESN’T: “Melt” vinyl or act like a paint stripper
  • ❌ DOESN’T: Fix cracked, chalky, or sun-baked film — but can help remove the mess

How to Use:

  1. Apply Vinyl-Off directly to the vinyl using a towel, cloth, or brush
  2. Allow to dwell for 1–2 minutes (do not let it dry)
  3. Apply heat using a heat gun or torch (medium setting)
  4. Peel — in many cases, the vinyl and adhesive come off together

Always test on a small area before full application. Not recommended for use on hot surfaces, failing clear coat, or cracked vinyl. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on textured plastics.

Remove Adhesive Fast — Without the Hazards of Industrial Removers

Commercial-Grade Control for Wraps, Graphics, and Decals

Adhesive-Off Pro is engineered for wrap installers, sign shops, and fleet professionals who need power — without the eye-burning fumes or surface damage caused by harsh chemical strippers. It breaks down pressure-sensitive adhesives quickly and cleanly, without soaking or smearing. Works on vehicle wraps, decals, vinyl remnants, and more.

Why Installers Use AOP Instead of Industrial Strippers

  • ✅ Powerful on wrap glue and decal residue
  • ✅ Slower evaporation = better control, less waste
  • ✅ Higher Flash Point, Lower Vapor Pressure, Less Hazardous
  • ✅ Use on paint, glass, and OEM metal surfaces

Smart Performance, Surface Conscious

Adhesive-Off Pro delivers controlled adhesive removal on vehicle panels, glass, and clear-coated surfaces. While it's safer than industrial removers, it’s still a strong solvent — avoid use on delicate plastics like polycarbonate, acrylic, or brittle trim unless you’ve spot tested first.

How to Use:

  1. Apply directly to adhesive using a cloth, towel, or plastic razor blade
  2. Allow to dwell for 30–60 seconds
  3. Wipe, scrape, or towel off residue
  4. Repeat if needed for heavy buildup

Always spot test near lenses, trim, or aftermarket plastics. Do not use on hot panels or let product dry on the surface. For professional use only.

I had a really hard, baked on vinyl that was about 15 years old. These definitely helped soften the vinyl and made it easier to remove. I have to reapply several times, but it did the trick. The vinyl was so baked on, it removed some of the paint

The perfect combination. Brothers chemical hit a home run. These two products are all you need in the removal process of vinyl graphics. In my 40 years of experience, these products are the safest, most effective cutting time in half

New to the business. I needed help and advice. The fellas at Brothers chemical came through with a lifesaver. As I learn more everyday about the different types of decals and removal techniques, I know in the end these chemicals will help speed up my labor and finishing time. These guys have my business for life.. thank you for everything.. feather!

The glue off liquid doesn't work as well as glue off for the price they charge!

Product worked as described. We will purchase it again.

It removed the paint from my trailer, but did not soften the decal to remove it or the pinstriping. Now that my Trailer has to be painted from it removing the paint I will use a razor and scrape the rest of the decals off and hope to not leave enough marks that I can paint it without seeing where the decals were. I tried both of their products on it. One did nothing and the other one removed the paint from the trailer I think acid would work just as good if not better.

Captain Dave! Hate to hear about your experience. Those single stage enamel trailers can be tricky. Theyre not really made for graphics, and once you have to use a chemical you're in a tricky spot. Call us next time! We warn in the product listing and our inserts about single stage enamel trailers.

Unbelievable, it worked like nothing else on the market. Using a roller to apply it and covering it with a plastic bag to let it sit for 20 or 30 minutes made all the difference in the world. Five stars all the way.

Good product. Removing 15 year old vinyl, sun damaged with cracking was much easier with vinyl off. And the large plastic razor blade helped as well.

Thank you Ryan!

This stuff lives up to the hype. Around 12 years ago I bought some Vinyl Off and Ultra Adhesive remover from a different company at the time. It did not work as advertised back then. Now that Brothers Chemical owns it, they must have change the formula and this stuff actually works! Let's just say it exceeded our expectations! We used it on 20+ year old RV stripes and decals and it worked like the video. Had planned on at least 3-4 days of labor and it took us 1 day! Saved a ton of time which makes us more money. Will be a staple in our shop for removals, get it, you won't regret it!

Thank you Anthony. Means a lot to us!

I used the vinyl off as directed. 75° day full sun surface temperatures were at 130° and the only thing that it would lift off was the clear protective film over the vinyl. The product never even touched the vinyl I kept reapplying and reapplying and covered with plastic to raise the temperature I even used a heat gun and it, and it never helped lift the vinyl.. The adhesive remover was great.

Hey Daniel - I don't think you did anything wrong. Some film reacts differently, and it could have been install. Not sure. Appreciate your honest feedback.

The Vinyl-Off/Adhesive-Off bundle make it SO MUCH easier to remove wraps and graphics from the substrate! We were struggling to get graphics off of a vehicle and as soon as these arrived, the removal took no time at all. Very happy with this combo!

Hey guys, killer product, it really changed the game on actually being able to make some money on these removals. Now we can get them done quicker. We bought both the Vinyl Off and the Adhesive Remover and we were impressed with both. Finally, something formulated for our industry and not a general remover.
